This rise follows their stellar performance in the World Test Championship final. They secured a resounding 209-run victory over India at The Oval last year.

The reshuffle at the top of the Test rankings marks the most significant change in the latest update. South Africa, New Zealand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, West Indies, and Bangladesh maintain their respective positions from fourth to ninth, with ratings ranging from 103 to 53 points.
